EDGE® gas lens Pyrex cup for 9 and 20 Series TIG torches-these cups are also used in the 17 series stubby kits. Available in the following sizes: #4, #5, #6, #7, #8, and #10. Sold individually. Each cup measures 0.75″ x 0.75″ x 1.16″.
EDGE Welding Supply Pyrex Cup Recommendations:
♦ The EDGE adapter and EDGE cup must be fully seated onto the Teflon heat/thermal shield.
♦ For use with DC only and up to 180A unless using pulse settings.
♦ Best used with metals such as Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Inconel.
♦ The #10 EDGE Pyrex cup can be used to weld aluminum based material, but only in short runs.
♦ Can be used with any size and type of tungsten.
♦ The ‘walking the cup’ technique is not recommended with Pyrex cups (walking the cup causes premature cup failure).
