Made in the USA, the Kagan Ring Stretcher & Reducer has a horizontal mandrel with 8 splines that make easy work of evenly stretching a ring out up to size 14, while the reducing disc at the base has 12 housings that can reduce a wedding band down from up to 12mm wide and smaller; all with a few easy strokes of a lever.
